Pakoda

Ingredients:
Besan flour- 1cup
Rice flour- 1cup
Onion- 2
Green chillies
Red chilli powder
Ghee- 2ts
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Method:
Cut the onion 1 inch length slices.
Cut the green chilli into small pieces.
Take a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, green chilli, ghee, curry leaves and onion .Now mix all with little water to make dough.
In deep skillet heat oil, take a little dough with hand and leave it into the oil.
Fry until they turn brown.
(Add a bunch of spinach to make spinach pakodi)
