Delicious chicken fry

This is a classic chicken dry fry dish, delicious served with a mixed garden salad.A good combination with wheat bread or roti.
Prepation: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 lb
Chili powder – 1tsp
Pepper powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Cloves – 6
Cardamom – 3
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Onion chopped- 2 onion
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Vinegar – 1tsp
Salt – to taste
Crushed ginger – 2tsp
Crushed garlic – 10nos
Green chili – 2
Curry leaves – 1 or 3 stalks
Method:
Make a paste of Chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, salt and green chillies. Cook chicken pieces with this in required amount of water. Make it dry. When the chicken is fully cooked , set this aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion , until golden brown . Finally add the cooked chicken with masala to the pan and simmer it for 10 minutes by adding one tsp of vinegar . Transfer to warmed serving plates, garnish with cilantro, lemons and onion.
